Fish Tacos

I'm going to share my fish taco recipe with you so that you can smile like this.



Coleslaw: prepare several hours before serving.
half head of cabbage chopped 
juice from 3-4 limes
splash of vinegar
sprinkle of salt


Southwest Chipotle Sauce: prepare several hours before serving.
1 cup mayo
1 tsp. sugar
juice from 2 limes
Southwest Chipotle seasoning to taste (depending how spicy you like it) 


Fish
tilapia (or your fish of choice)
oil
Old Bay seasoning
Seasoned Salt

Fry fish in oil until it flakes apart. Sprinkle both sides with Old Bay and Seasoned Salt while it's frying.
Fry tortillas in oil till golden brown and assemble.
