A Grateful List

I told myself that on the day I'm struggling to write, I could make a list of ten things I'm thankful for. Well, here we are on day seven and today is the day.

2. listening to Gone With the Wind on audio

3. leaves falling like confetti on my walk

4. taco soup and cornbread

5. camo hung on the line

6. meaningful hymn sung at church

7. vanilla bean paste in my coffee

8. conversation and connection with women twice my age

9. the girls looking at books with flash lights every night

10. a beautiful new Christmas song
